Most of life asks something of you. Your attention, your energy, your decisions, your care for everyone else. And slowly, without even noticing, you can drift from yourself. With a small group of up to twelve women, we’re slowing things down to remember what actually supports you. Held in Gisborne, less than a one hour drive from Melbourne, surrounded by open space, fresh air and that quiet you can actually feel in your body. This space and environment does half the work for you.






This retreat is a day to be.
Undisturbed space where nothing is required from you except your presence. No roles to play. No expectations to meet. No notifications to check. Just space.
Space to walk in nature.
Space to move your body through Qi Gong.
Space to reflect, journal, read or sit quietly.
Space to have honest conversations that bring you back to what is true for you.
When life goes quiet for a moment, something simple but powerful happens. You feel yourself again.
Your breath settles. Your thoughts clear. Your body softens, and you remember what matters.
That is what these days are for.

Outline of the day
9:45am – Arrive
10:15am – 75 minute nature walk (weather dependent)
11:45am – Qi Gong practice
12:30pm – Lunch
1:30pm – Reflective process
2:15pm – One hour of silence (your time to read, journal, paint, rest, talk a stroll, or simply be)
Light snacks will be available
3:15pm – Come back together to share and close the retreat
4pm – Time to head home (more you)
