These identities served a purpose. They helped you navigate your world, avoid rejection, and get your needs met in the ways you knew how. But at what cost? When these personalities become who we think we are, they start running the show—keeping us stuck in patterns that no longer serve us, disconnecting us from what we truly want, and limiting what’s possible. Kat led a development session on ‘choice’ with a group of top talent leaders at lululemon. The session was totally engaging from beginning to end and the group were captivated.
