The people I have met along my way feel inspired, empowered, cracked open and filled with hope. I can be cheeky, but promise to supercharge the energy of any room and communicate in a way that’s easy for people to digest, swapping the “woo-woo” for real talk and relatable anecdotes. In essence, I speak from the heart and to the human in all of us.

Kat led a development session on ‘choice’ with a group of top talent leaders at lululemon. The session was totally engaging from beginning to end and the group were captivated. Kat created a space for people to feel ok and not to be ok all at the same time. We celebrated our human-ness and through that built such a strong connection.

Kat connected to the group on a personal level, detailing how she has used positive visualisation and creating goals to overcome all obstacles that stood in front of her. Kat was able to cater to our athletes of all ages, creating a strong connection and inspiring them to be the best they can, both in and out of the water.

Kat blew us away at our Health and Well-being event. She hit us straight in the heart with her relatable stories and provided a simple yet powerful tool to utilise when our minds begin to overpower our ability to make empowering choices. There were laughs, tears and a tangible experience of going inward to find the answers. What a woman!
