Your team practices being switched on all day. This gives them practice changing pace.
Deadlines, decisions, competing priorities. Work asks a lot of our attention, and we can carry that pressure from one meeting straight into the next.
Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese practice, brings together gentle movement, intentional breathing and focused attention. It gives people something practical to do with the tension and mental busyness they’ve brought into the room.
For people used to spending their day thinking, planning and problem solving, it’s an opportunity to direct their attention towards their bodies.
I lead practical sessions that give people a break from screens and constant doing. A chance to move, notice how they feel and practise slowing down.

Pay attention to the tension.
During qi gong, people pay attention to their posture, breathing and how much effort they’re using. They might notice they’re gripping their shoulders, holding their breath or bracing through a movement that could be easier.
That awareness is useful at a desk, in a meeting or during a difficult conversation. Recognising how you’re responding gives you an opportunity to adjust, rather than white-knucling through without noticing.
A 60-minute break for your team from screens, deadlines and back to back thinking. In this guided Qi Gong session, we’ll focus on a core theme and use gentle movement, breath and focused attention to ease tension, change pace and practice being present. A practical introduction with simple movements people can return to during their working day. No experience needed.
Across five weekly 60-minute sessions, we focus on the five elements in Qi Gong that create harmony in the mind and body. Repetition helps people grow more comfortable with Qi Gong and explore how to bring it into their day, before a meeting, between tasks or when they notice themselves getting wound up.
Bring movement and a change of pace to your event. Qi gong gives people a chance to step out of their seats, settle their attention and reconnect with themselves between presentations and conversations. We’ll work together to find where the session fits best, whether that’s opening the day, breaking up a full agenda or closing together. You can also enquire about combining Qi Gong with a keynote on authenticity, wellbeing or navigating change.
