Terms and Conditions of Take Your Meds Membership:

  1. Description of Service Take Your Meds is a subscription-based service that provides access to guided meditation content for users who sign up for a 3-day free trial. After the free trial period, users will be billed $14.95 AUD per month, or $119.95 per year, depending on what they chose when they signed up.

  2. Billing and Payments Users will be automatically charged for their chosen subscription plan unless they cancel their membership prior to the end of the trial period. Payments will be charged on a recurring basis according to the user’s chosen billing cycle. Users may update their payment information and billing cycle in their account settings.

  3. Cancellation Policy Users may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation will be effective immediately, but users will still have access to the membership for the remaining days of their membership. Users may cancel their membership by logging into their account and following the instructions provided.

  4. Refunds Refunds will not be provided for any membership fees already paid. However, if a user cancels their membership before the end of their billing cycle, they will not be charged for the following billing cycle.

  5. Changes to Service Take Your Meds reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service, or any part of the service, at any time without prior notice.

  6. User Conduct Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their login credentials. Users are prohibited from sharing their account information with any third party. Users must not use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  7. Disclaimer of Warranties Take Your Meds provides the service “as is” and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind. Take Your Meds does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  8. Limitation of Liability Take Your Meds will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or inability to use the service, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

  9. Governing Law These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

By signing up for Take Your Meds, users acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.
