Join me on Sunday November 16th, 9:30–11am at the Dendy Beach Pavilion in Brighton — we’re talking real chats, soul-filling stillness, guided meditation, journalling, and sharing… all overlooking the ocean, with a yummo cafe next door so you can milk the Sunday morning goodness.

Bring your sweet self, a yoga mat, your journal + pen, and anything else that makes you feel comfy and grounded.
