With a small group of up to twelve women, we’re slowing things down to remember what actually supports you. Held in Balnarring, less than a one hour drive from Melbourne, surrounded by open space, fresh air and that quiet you can actually feel in your body. This space and environment does half the work for you.

This retreat is a day to be, as I’m sure you’re great at being a human-doing, but not so great at human-being.

We’re here for undisturbed space where nothing is required from you except your presence. No roles to play. No expectations to meet. No notifications to check. Just space.

Space to walk in nature.
Space to move your body through Qi Gong.
Space to reflect, journal, read or sit quietly.
Space to have honest conversations that bring you back to what is true for you.

OFFLINE is a simple idea …

A room full of people. Phones put away. Silence shared.

A few hours where the constant pull of checking your phone and notifications stops, and you return to the kinds of things humans have always done when given time and space.

Reading.
Writing.
Drawing.
Thinking.
Daydreaming.
Creating.

A place to slow down and be with yourself.

If you ever hear yourself saying:

Then OFFLINE is for you.

What the morning looks like:

When you arrive, you’ll place your phone aside and step into a calm, quiet space filled with plants and natural light.

Kat will begin with a short guided meditation to help everyone land so that you can leave the outside, outside, and tune in.

From there, the space becomes a shared silent sanctuary for one hour to follow your own rhythm.

You might:

Read the book you’ve been meaning to finish.
Write in your journal.
Sketch or draw.
Work on a project you’ve been putting off.
Sit quietly and think.
Daydream. (yes, daydreaming counts).
Write letters to people you love.

Basically, whatever you are drawn to ‘do’ that doesn’t involve a phone.

To close out the morning, Kemi will guide a group reflection. A space to consider what came up for you and how you might bring a little more OFFLINE energy into your everyday life.

Why OFFLINE matters:

We spend an extraordinary amount of time connected to devices and disconnected from ourselves. The constant stream of information leaves very little space for:

original thought
creativity
deep reflection
nervous system rest

OFFLINE creates that space again by pausing long enough to hear yourself think.
